    Would this be too long for someone 5 feet tall?
    Answer:
    As a fellow short person (5’2”), I totally get it. This came down to my ankles in the back. Wear some heeled boots and you’ll be golden.

    Can the waist be tightened or is it fixed with elastic?
    Answer:
    The waist is elastic so it will stretch a bit. You could always pin it if it is way too big. Order it to waist measurements......it's true to its size chart.
